1. Agreement
By booking a session or using the Kapture website you agree to the following terms in full. If you do not agree please do not proceed with any booking or purchase.
2. Bookings and Deposits
All sessions require a 30 percent non refundable deposit to secure your date. This deposit goes toward your total package price. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received and a booking agreement is signed.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the shoot date will receive a credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot are non refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once at no extra charge with at least 48 hours notice.
4. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
For outdoor sessions Kapture reserves the right to reschedule due to severe weather at no extra cost to the client. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
5. Delivery of Images
All images are delivered through a private online gallery within the agreed timeframe. Portrait sessions within 5 to 7 business days. Weddings within 3 to 4 weeks. Product shoots within 7 to 10 business days.
6. Image Usage Rights
Clients receive full personal usage rights for all delivered images. Commercial usage rights are included in business and product packages only. Images may not be resold or redistributed without written permission from Kapture.
7. Portfolio Usage
Kapture reserves the right to use delivered images for portfolio, website and social media purposes unless the client has requested otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, prepared and ready for their session. Significant delays may result in a shortened session with no refund for lost time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kapture is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered images or any technical issues beyond our control such as file corruption or data loss after delivery.
10. Changes to These Terms
Kapture reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website means acceptance of the updated terms.
